A man allegedly attacked in Belfast at the weekend is still unable to make a full complaint, a court has heard. A judge was told that the victim cannot yet provide a written account of what happened at a property in the south of the city. His condition was disclosed as bail was refused to the man who is accused of inflicting the injuries. Piaras Devenney (23), appeared before Belfast Magistrates' Court charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm to Michael Skelly.
